How To Make Skinny Taco Dip

This taco dip is low in fat and high in flavor even without cooking. It’s still comes loaded with cream cheese, sour cream, and fresh lettuce and tomatoes.

  • 8ozPhiladelphia Cream Cheese,⅓ less fat
  • 8ozsour cream,reduced fat
  • 16ozsalsa,mild
  • ½pkttaco seasoning
  • 2cupsiceberg lettuce,shredded fine
  • 2tomatoes,large, seeds removed and diced
  • 1cupcheddar cheese,reduced fat shredded
  • ozblack olives,sliced


  1. In a large bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, salsa and taco seasoning and mix well with an electric mixer.

  2. Spread on the bottom of a large shallow glass dish.

  3. Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese and black olives.

  4. Serve with baked tortilla chips.
