
How To Make Taco Stuffed Avocados
Stuffed avocados filled with classic taco toppings are a fun and healthy take on a Mexican classic that you can make in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1lbground beef
- 1tbspchili powder
- ½tspsalt
- Âľtspcumin
- ½tsporegano,dried
- ÂĽtspgarlic powder
- ÂĽtsponion powder
- 4oztomato sauce
- 3avocados,halved
- 1cupcheddar cheese,shredded
- ÂĽcupcherry tomatoes,sliced
- ÂĽcuplettuce,shredded
For Additional Toppings:
- cilantro
- sour cream
Instructions

Add the ground beef to a medium size sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until browned.

Drain the grease and add the seasonings and the tomato sauce. Stir to combine. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.

Remove the pit from the halved avocados. Load the crater left from the pit with the taco meat. Top with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro and sour cream.

To make a larger area in the avocado for the toppings, spoon out some of the avocado and set aside to make guacamole! Then fill with toppings.
