
How To Make Taco Bowl
Try this taco bowl recipe for a loaded dish. It uses brown rice, taco-seasoned ground beef, and beans for a healthy and antioxidants-rich bite.

- 1cupbrown rice
- 2tbspolive oil
- 2lbsground beef,or ground turkey
- 1¼oztaco seasoning,(2 packages)
- 15ozblack beans,(1 can) drained and rinsed
- 15¼ozwhole kernel corn,(1 can) drained
- 3Roma tomatoes,diced

In a large saucepan of 2 cups water, cook rice according to package instructions; set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large stockpot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until beef has browned, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks; stir in taco seasoning. Drain excess fat.

Divide rice into meal prep containers. Top with ground beef mixture, black beans, corn and tomatoes.
