  • 2lbsshrimp,peeled, deveined
  • 2tspchili powder
  • 2tspcumin
  • 1tspgarlic powder
  • ½tspkosher salt
  • ¼tspcayenne pepper
  • 1lime,juiced and zested
  • 2tbspvegetable oil
  • 16small corn tortillas
  • 1cupgreen cabbage,finely shredded
  • lime wedges
  • sour cream


  1. Toss the shrimp with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, cayenne pepper, lime juice, and lime zest, then add it to a large skillet with the vegetable oil on high heat.

  2. Cook the shrimp for 1 minute on each side until just cooked through.

  3. Serve on double corn tortillas with cabbage and sour cream and lime wedges, and enjoy!
