How To Make Garlic Chicken Tacos
These 30-minute garlic chicken tacos are made with a tender chicken- cilantro salsa mix that’s stuffed in soft tortillas, for a delectably filling meal!

Ingredients
- 1tbspolive oil
- 4garlic cloves,minced
- 1lbchicken tenderloins,diced
- ½onion,diced
- ½red bell pepper,diced
- 15ozblack beans,(½ can), rinsed and drained
- ¼cupfresh cilantro,chopped, or to taste
- ½cupchunky salsa
- 4large flour tortillas,or as needed
- ¼cupMexican cheese blend,shredded, or to taste
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sauté the garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the chicken, then cook and stir for about 5 to 7 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink in the center.

Mix the onion, red bell pepper, black beans, and cilantro into the chicken, then sauté for about 5 minutes until onion is tender. Stir the salsa into the chicken mixture for about 1 to 2 minutes until heated through.

Spoon the chicken mixture into tortillas and top with Mexican cheese blend.
