Enjoy a great meal even on a busy weeknight with these shrimp tacos. They’re so quick to prepare and seasoned with a flavorful blend of spices and herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1lbmedium shrimp,thawed & peeled
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • ½tspgarlic powder
  • ½tsponion powder
  • ½tsppaprika,smoked
  • ½tspground cumin
  • ½tspchili powder
  • 10mediumflour tortillas

For Toppings:

  • sour cream
  • salsa
  • iceberg lettuce
  • tomatoes
  • cilantro

Instructions

  1. Prep shrimp. If frozen, run them under cool water until thawed. Peel them and remove the tails. 

  2. Meanwhile, prep your toppings. 

  3. Add the shrimp to a skillet along with the olive oil and spices. Cook over medium-high heat until the shrimp are no longer pink, flipping/stirring them occasionally. 

  4. Assemble tacos as desired and serve immediately.
