How To Make Easy Breakfast Tacos

Enjoy the most important meal of the day with these breakfast tacos with layers of refried beans, eggs, avocados, and salsa.

  • 8small corn or flour tortillas
  • 8large eggs,either scrambled or fried
  • refried beans
  • 2avocados,peeled, pitted and sliced
  • salsa of choice,red, green, or pica de gallo

Suggested Toppings:

  • chopped fresh cilantro
  • cheese
  • sour cream
  • diced jalapeños


  1. Prepare the refried beans in a large saucepan according to instructions.

  2. Meanwhile, as the beans are cooking, go ahead and scramble or fry the eggs in a non-stick sauté pan.

  3. Once the beans and eggs are ready to go, assemble the tacos. Simply spread a spoonful of refried beans on a tortilla, top with a spoonful of scrambled eggs, then avocado, salsa, and any preferred toppings.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
