How To Make Do-It-Yourself Taco Seasoning
Grab some chili pepper and herbs and make your own taco seasoning. It only needs ingredients usually found in the pantry and takes only 5 minutes to make.

- 1tbspchili powder
- ½tbspcumin
- ½tsponion powder
- ¼tspgarlic powder
- ¼tspred pepper flakes
- ½tsporegano
- ½tspsalt
- 1tsppepper
- pinchcayenne pepper,optional

Mix all ingredients together.

Store for up to 6 months in a cool dry place.

- To use this taco seasoning for tacos add 2 tablespoons to 1 pound of cooked ground meat (optional, add diced onions).
- Add ½ cup water and simmer until most of the water has evaporated.
