How To Make 5-Ingredient Chicken Guacamole Taquitos
Cook up this fast and easy batch of taquitos for your next lunch meal! It’s loaded with tender chicken and creamy guacamole for a fuller meal.

- 20Old El Paso soft flour tortillas,2 packages, small
- 32ozOld El Paso refried beans,2 cans
- 3cupsguacamole,fresh
- 2cupsMonterrey Jack cheese,shredded
- 3cupschicken,cooked and shredded
- salsa,for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Grease 2 large baking sheets generously with cooking spray.

Lay out a tortilla on a flat workspace.

Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of refried beans in a line down the middle of the tortilla.

Top with 2 to 3 tablespoons of guacamole, followed by a sprinkle of cheese, then topped with a few pieces of chicken.

Roll up the tortilla to form the taquito, then place it on the greased baking sheet, seam-side down.

Repeat with the remaining ingredients until all of the taquitos are prepared.

Mist the tops of the tortillas with baking spray.
