  • 28 oz tomatoes, with green pepper, celery, and onions, diced
  • 12 oz frozen bell pepper and onion strips, (1 bag)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes, crushed
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • 12 oz shrimp, raw, cleaned


  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the diced tomatoes and frozen pepper and onion strips.
  2. Add the salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and oregano, and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add the shrimp, and simmer about 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are done.
