Ingredients
- 28 oz tomatoes, with green pepper, celery, and onions, diced
- 12 oz frozen bell pepper and onion strips, (1 bag)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes, crushed
- ½ tsp oregano
- 12 oz shrimp, raw, cleaned
Instructions
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the diced tomatoes and frozen pepper and onion strips.
- Add the salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and oregano, and bring to a simmer.
