  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces with a spatula.

  2. Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes, until vegetables start to soften.

  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, chicken broth, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
