
How To Make 2 Alarm Chili Kit
This 2 alarm chili kit recipe brings a flavorful bowl of ground beef chili in a rich & warm-spiced tomato sauce, for a tasty dish inspired by package chili.

Ingredients
- 2lbsground beef
For Spice Mix:
- 1½tsppaprika
- 2tbspmasa
- 2tspdehydrated onion,or ½ cup chopped fresh onion
- ½tspdehydrated garlic,or 1 tsp minced fresh garlic
- 1½tspsalt
- 1½tspcumin
- ½tspcayenne pepper
- ½cupchili powder
- ½tsporegano
- 8oztomato sauce
- 16ozwater
- 14ozbeans,(1 can) optional
Instructions

Brown the beef in a large pot or dutch oven. Drain beef.

Add all spices except masa and stir in thoroughly. Add tomato sauce and water. If desired, add the can of beans. Reduce temperature to simmer.

Simmer for about 30 minutes. Mix the masa in ¼ cup of hot water. Stir the masa until smooth. Pour the masa mixture into the chili. Cook until the chili thickens and serve. Enjoy!
