How To Make Italian Fish Stew

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ medium onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 anchovy fillets
- ⅛ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup clam juice
- ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ lb fresh salmon, cut into medium cubes
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
- ½ tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes, just until it softens and cooks through.

Add the garlic, anchovy fillets, and red pepper flakes to the onions and cook for 1 minute

Add the tomato sauce and clam juice and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 10 minutes.

Add the salmon pieces, shrimp, chopped herbs, and salt. Stir gently.
