Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ medium onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup clam juice
  • ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ lb fresh salmon, cut into medium cubes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
  • ½ tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the onion and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes, just until it softens and cooks through.

  3. Add the garlic, anchovy fillets, and red pepper flakes to the onions and cook for 1 minute

  4. Add the tomato sauce and clam juice and bring to a boil.

  5. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 10 minutes.

  6. Add the salmon pieces, shrimp, chopped herbs, and salt. Stir gently.

  7. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through. Garnish with fresh herbs. Serve.
