- ¾butternut squash,diced
- 1lbsage pork sausage,crumbled
- 3potatoes,cut into small cubes
- 3stalks celery,sliced
- 3carrots,sliced
- 15ozchickpeas,(1 can) rinsed and drained
- 15oztomatoes,(1 can) crushed
- 1large onion,diced
- 8oztomato sauce,(1 can)
- 1green bell pepper,thickly sliced
- 4clovesgarlic,minced
- 1½tspcurry powder
- 1½tspground cumin
- 1½tspchinese five-spice powder
- salt and ground black pepper,to taste
Instructions

Stir butternut squash, sausage, potatoes, and the rest of the ingredients together in a slow cooker.

Cover and cook on HIGH SETTING until butternut squash is tender and sausage is cooked through, about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
