  • 16 oz. lean ground beef, 96%
  • 1 white onion, diced
  • 1 large green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 medium zucchini, diced
  • 2 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tbsp. cumin
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 29 oz. Italian tomatoes, two 14.5 oz cans, diced
  • 15 ½ oz. chili beans, canned
  • 15 ½ oz. black beans, canned


  1. In a non-stick pot, cook ground beef over medium heat for five minutes.

  2. Add all raw vegetables and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in all spices. Mix in tomatoes and beans.

  4. Cook covered over low heat for 15 minutes.

  5. Serve with crusty French bread and salad.
