How To Make Easy Irish Stew
Ingredients
- 3 lb stew meat
- 1 large onion
- 1 cabbage, head, green
- 2 pkg onion soup mix
- 5 potatoes, cut up in cubes
- 1 bag baby carrots, large bag
- 3 celery stalks, cut up
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp parsleyÂ
- 2 envelope brown gravy mix
Instructions

Put all ingredients in crock pot, add enough water to fill 3/4 of pot.

Cook on high for 4 hours, stirring occasionally to mix vegetables.

About 1 hour before serving, add brown gravy mix and stir well.
