How To Make 30-Minute Chili
Serve a delicious dish in under 30 minutes with this chili recipe. It’s packed with the flavors of browned beef, beans, and cheese cooked in tomato sauce.

Ingredients
- ½lbground beef
- 15ozpinto beans,(1 can), rinsed, drained
- 15ozkidney beans,(1 can), rinsed, drained
- ½onion,cut into chunks
- 1tbspchili powder
- 1tbspparmesan cheese,grated
- salt and ground black pepper,to taste
- 46oztomato juice,(2 cans), or as needed
- 4ozsaltine crackers,(1 pack), or as needed
- 1cuppickle juice,or to taste

Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet for 5 to 7 minutes until browned and crumbly. Drain and discard the grease.

Stir the pinto beans, kidney beans, onion, chili powder, and Parmesan cheese with the beef. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour enough tomato juice into the pot to cover the mixture by 1 inch. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes until the beans are heated through.
