How To Make Silken Chocolate Pudding

Smooth, creamy, and rich, this silken chocolate pudding is a nice elegant dessert that is topped with an even richer greek yogurt.

  • 1lborganic silken tofu
  • ½tsporganic ground cinnamon
  • ½tsporganic vanilla extract
  • ¼tsporganic ancho chile powder
  • 7ozorganic bittersweet chocolate
  • ¾cupsimple sugar syrup,(1 cup water and 1 cup), organic evaporated cane juice crystals boiled together and chilled
  • 4tbsporganic plain yogurt,low-fat
  • 2tbsporganic bittersweet chocolate


  1. Place the tofu in a blender or food processor. Add the cinnamon, vanilla, and chile. Add the cooled chocolate and cooled syrup and blend until smooth. Pour the pudding into your glassware and chill.

  2. Garnish with a dollop of plain yogurt, bittersweet chocolate shavings, and a sprinkle of ancho chili powder. Enjoy!
