  • 1/2 cup of cornstarch
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp of rose water
  • 1/4 cup of crushed pistachios

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, mix cornstarch with some milk until well combined.

  2. Add the remaining milk and sugar to the saucepan and whisk until the mixture thickens.

  3. Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring continuously until it reaches a custard-like consistency.

  4. Remove from heat and stir in the rose water.

  5. Pour the pudding into serving bowls and let it cool to room temperature.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  7. Garnish with crushed pistachios before serving.
