Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 qt milk
- 1 cup sugar, granulated
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 dash salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- cinnamon
Instructions

Combine rice, milk, sugar, butter and salt in large sauce pan.

Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer for 90 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

Beat the eggs until light and fluffy. Add eggs to mixture slowly, stirring continuously. Add vanilla.

Return to heat and cook for additional 2 minutes.

Spoon into individual cups, or one large bowl and top with cinnamon.
