How To Make Pudding Carrot Cups

Liven up Easter more with these pudding carrot cups. This easy recipe only requires white pudding mix, cool whip, Oreos, and edible grass for decor.

Ingredients

  • 1boxwhite chocolate pudding,prepared
  • 1tubcool whip
  • 1sleeveoreos
  • 1bagedible grass

Instructions

  1. Begin by crushing your Oreos in a ziploc bag. Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoon of oreos into the bottom of each cup.

  2. Then, make your pudding as directed on box. Add cool whip to the pudding mix (about 1 cup per pudding box). Add orange food coloring if using clear cups and couldn’t find the orange cups.

  3. Pour pudding mix into each cup. Top with 1 to 2 tablespoon of crushed Oreos.

  4. Add a few pieces of edible grass to each top. Serve!
