How To Make Light & Dark Choc Puds

This sweet, delectable dessert is the perfect ender to any and every heavy meal! In fact, it’s great even as a stand-alone snack. Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 400ml double cream
  • 50g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Melt the dark and milk chocolate separately in two heatproof bowls over simmering water. Stir until smooth.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the double cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt.

  4. Pour half of the cream mixture into each melted chocolate bowl and mix until well combined.

  5. Spoon the dark chocolate mixture into 4 ramekins and top with the milk chocolate mixture, swirling gently with a spoon.

  6. Place the ramekins in a baking dish and pour hot water into the dish, halfway up the sides of the ramekins.

  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the puddings are set but still slightly wobbly in the center.

  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
