Layered Pudding Dessert Recipe

Homemade crust and three layers of creamy flavor create one tasty dessert. Layering this recipe wasn’t easy but it’s well worth once you see the final output. Get ready to take a bite from a slice of our pudding recipe.


Three various layers with three various flavors. You have cream cheese, chocolate, and vanilla flavored layers. This pudding recipe may not be easy to pull off but our recipes make it simple as one-two-three.

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup pecans, or your choice of nuts

Layer 1:

  • 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese , (or your choice of brand)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip

Layer 2:

  • 1 chocolate instant pudding
  • 3 cups milk

Layer 3:

  • 1 vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 cups milk

Instructions

For crust:

  1. Mix together ingredients for crust & press in a 9x13-inch pan. 

  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. 

  3. Then let cool.

  4. Blend ingredients for 1st layer & spread on cooled crust.

  5. Mix layer 2 ingredients together very well & spread on 1st layer.

  6. Mix last layer ingredients together very well & spread on 2nd layer.

  7. If you want, put the rest of the Cool Whip on top of this layer.

  8. Use chopped pecans on top, if you like.
