Ingredients
- 100g dark chocolate, chopped
- 100g unsalted butter
- 100g granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 50g all-purpose flour
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease and flour 4 ramekins or oven-proof dishes.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate and butter together in 30-second intervals until smooth. Stir in the instant coffee until dissolved.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until pale and creamy.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and whisk until well combined.

Sift in the flour and fold gently until just incorporated.

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins. Place them on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.

Remove from the oven and let them sit for a minute before turning out onto serving plates. Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
