Ingredients

  • 1cupraspberries
  • ½cuplite coconut milk,canned
  • ½cupAlmond Breeze Almond Coconut milk,unsweetened
  • 2tbspchia seeds
  • 1tbspshredded coconut,sweetened
  • Nu-Naturals liquid stevia,6 to 8 drops, or sugar, or honey, to taste
  • 1tsplime juice
  • 1tsplime zest

Instructions

  1. Combine half of the raspberries and the remaining ingredients in a large container.

  2. Mix well and close the container.

  3. Refrigerate overnight or at least 5 to 6 hours.

  4. Divide into 2 bowls or glass dishes. Top with remaining berries and serve.
