How To Make Coconut Chia Pudding With Oranges, Pineapple And Dried Cherries
Here’s a healthy pudding recipe made rich in omege 3 fatty acids that come from the chia seeds. Get a taste of our coconut chia pudding with mixed fruits.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2cupsalmond milksweetened, vanilla-flavored
- 1/2cupchia seeds
- 1/2cupdried cherry
- 1/2tspkosher salt
- 2tbspmaple syrup
- 1orangepeeled and segmented
- 1/4pineapplecored and finely chopped
- coconut flaketoasted, for garnish, optional

In a large bowl, stir together the almond milk, chia seeds, cherries, salt, and maple syrup. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or up to overnight.

Uncover the bowl and stir the chia pudding well, then divide it among 4 serving cups.

Divide the orange segments and chopped pineapple evenly among the cups. Serve immediately, sprinkled with toasted coconut, if desired, or cover with plastic wrap and store refrigerated for up to 5 days (wait until just before serving to sprinkle with coconut).
