  • ½cuplight brown sugar
  • 4tbsppecans,chopped
  • 1tspground cinnamon
  • ½tspground nutmeg
  • ½tspground coriander
  • 2tbspbrandy
  • ¼cupreal maple syrup
  • 2tbspbutter
  • 2sweet potatoes
  • 2apples
  • 1canpineapple,crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Combine the brown sugar, pecans, and spices; set aside. Combine the brandy, maple syrup, and butter; set aside.

  3. Layer half each of the sweet potatoes, apples, pineapple, spice mixture, and brandy mixture in an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish; repeat layers.

  4. Bake covered for 30 minutes.

  5. Uncover and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
