How To Make Sugared Cinnamon Muffin
Our sugared-cinnamon muffin recipe is an easy treat to make! It’s soft and enjoyable in every fluffy bite, and takes less than 30 minutes to make.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a muffin tin with baking spray.
In a large bowl, add the sugar, melted butter, egg, cinnamon, nutmeg and milk, whisking it well together.
Add in the flour and baking powder, then whisk until just combined.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Donut Muffin Topping:
Stir together the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then melt the remaining butter in a second bowl.
Once the muffins are done baking, let them cool for 10 minutes.
Dip the muffin tops in melted butter, then in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Serve, and enjoy!
