  • 10 oz sweet potatoes, cooked
  • 1½ cups egg whites, fresh, or All Whites
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ cup oatmeal, dry
  • 3 scoops Iso-100
  • ½ cup low-carb baking mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mash prebaked sweet potato.
  3. Blend all ingredients together into a batter.
  4. Pour into a non-stick muffin pan greased with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
