- 10 oz sweet potato (cooked)
- 1 ½ cup All Whites
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ cup oatmeal (dry)
- 3 scoop Iso-100
- ½ cup low-carb baking mix
Mash pre-baked sweet potato.
Blend all ingredients together into batter.
Pour into non-stuck muffin pan.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
