How To Make Lemon Blossoms

Bright and aromatic, these lemon blossoms are simple yet full of flavor. The lemon cake base is topped with lemon glaze for an overload of citrus flavors.

  • 1boxyellow cake mix
  • 3⅖ozlemon pudding mix
  • 4eggs
  • ¾cupvegetable oil

For Glaze:

  • 3cupspowdered sugar,sifted
  • 2tbsplemon juice,or juice from 1 lemon
  • 5tbspmilk,or more for a thinner consistency


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a medium bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs and oil and beat until smooth.

  3. Spray mini muffin pan and fill each tin half way (NOTE: Batter should be pretty thick). Bake for 12 minutes.


  1. Beat together powdered sugar, lemon juice and milk. Add more milk if for a thinner consistency.

  2. While muffins are still warm, dip cupcake tops into the glaze and set on wax paper. Let set completely before storing.
