How To Make Homemade Banana Bread Muffins
Give yourself a filling sweet treat with these banana bread muffins made with fresh bananas, vanilla, and cinnamon mixed and baked until golden brown.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate large bowl, cream together the eggs and sugar.
Stir in the mashed bananas, vanilla, oil, and cinnamon.
Then stir in the flour mixture a third at a time until fully combined.
Pour batter into a cupcake/muffin pan, either greased or with muffin tins.
