  • 1 egg
  • 2 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 3/4 cup apple, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottom only of 12 medium muffin cups.

  2. Beat egg slightly, stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened.

  3. Divide batter evenly among cups. Bake until golden brown, 15-17 minutes.
