Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Spoon the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper liners, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
