How To Make Simple Banana Nut Muffins
This muffin recipe will awe you with its creaminess and sweetness from the bananas plus adding some texture and a hint of earthiness from the nuts.
Ingredients
- 1 â…” cup flour
- 3 bananas
- â…” cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- â…” cup butter
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- pinch salt
- â…“ cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oats
- â…“ cup pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Line a muffin tray with liners.
- Mash bananas in a bowl.

Add sugar, egg, vanilla, and melted butter

In another bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Combine both bowls and stir evenly.
- Pour batter into muffin tins.
- In a bowl, mix together remaining flour, brown sugar, butter, oats and pecans and stir.
- Use mixture to cover each muffin.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
