
How To Make Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Zucchini Muffins

- 3cupsall purpose flour
- 1tspbaking soda
- ½tspbaking powder
- 1tspsalt
- 1tspgaram masala
- 3eggs
- 2cupswhite sugar
- 1cupapplesauce
- 2cupszucchini,unpeeled, grated
- ⅓cupunsweetened cocoa powder
- 1½tspvanilla extract
- 11ozpeanut butter and milk chocolate chips,(½ package)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 24 muffin cups, or line with paper muffin liners.

Stir the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and garam masala in a bowl, then set aside.

Beat the eggs, sugar, and applesauce in another bowl until smooth. Add the zucchini, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Stir in the flour mixture until moist.

Fold the peanut butter and chocolate chips into zucchini batter until evenly distributed.

Pour the batter into prepared muffin cups about ⅔ full.

Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool in the pans for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.
