Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a muffin tin with liners.

  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, chocolate chips, cocoa powder and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, whisk egg, yogurt, milk and olive oil. Pour into chocolate mixture and stir until blended.
  4. Pour batter into tins and top with additional chocolate chips.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 20 minutes. Serve warm.
