Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cups of bran flakes
- 1 cup of buttermilk
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup of molasses
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 tsp of salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.

In a large bowl, combine the bran flakes and buttermilk. Let them sit for about 5 minutes to soften the bran.

Add the vegetable oil, molasses, brown sugar, and egg to the bowl. Mix well.
