How To Make Chocolate Nut Muffins
Delight in a sweet breakfast with these chocolate nut muffins. They’re baked with cocoa powder and cream, plus walnuts and chocolate chips for some treats.

Ingredients
- 1cupbutter
- 1cupsugar
- 3eggs
- 1cupheavy cream
- ¾cupwalnuts,or any nuts, roasted
- 1½cupscake flour
- 2tbspfine cocoa powder
- 2tspbaking powder
- ½cupchocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Place the butter and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer, and mix at medium speed for 2 minutes until uniform.

Add the eggs, cream, nuts, flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, and reduce the mixing speed to low. Mix until uniform.

Turn off the mixer, add the chocolate chips, and mix well.

Place a cupcake liner in each cup of a 6-cup muffin pan. Spoon in the batter so each cup is 3⁄4 full.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Remove the muffins from the oven and set aside to cool.

Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
