A moist, chocolatey Chocolate Lovers Chocolate Chip Muffin is all you need to make your day. Bite into the soft and decadent dessert accompanied by chocolate chips that would melt in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla extract.

  4. Gently incorporate the dry mixture into the wet mixture. Mix until well-combined.

  5. Add in the chocolate chips mix until evenly distributed.

  6. Line a muffin tray with cupcake liners and use an ice cream scoop to pour the batter into the muffin tins.

  7. Bake for 15 minutes. Once done, let it cool on a cooling rack or serve warm.

  8. Sprinkle more chocolate chips on top or serve with vanilla ice cream on the side to fully indulge your Chocolate Lovers Chocolate Chip Muffins!
