Enjoy moist and tart blueberry muffins in just 35 minutes in this easy recipe. They’re made with cinnamon, sugar, and milk, then topped with a creamy glaze.

  • 1stickbutter
  • 1cupwhite sugar
  • 2large eggs
  • 2tspvanilla extract
  • 2cupsblueberries
  • ½cupmilk
  • ¼tspsalt
  • 2tspbaking powder
  • 2cupswhite flour
  • ¼tspcinnamon

For Sugared Glaze:

  • 2cupspowdered sugar
  • 1tspvanilla
  • 4tbspheavy cream


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray or line a muffin tin and set aside.

  2. Beat together the sugar and butter until creamy. Add in the eggs and vanilla. In a small bowl, mash together 1 cup of blueberries and then stir into the batter. Stir in the remaining cup leaving them un-mashed. Stir in the milk.

  3. In another bowl, stir together the salt, baking powder, flour, and cinnamon.

  4. Combine wet and dry and stir until just combined. Don’t over-mix.

  5. Fill muffin tins until ¾ full, then bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

  6. Remove and allow to cool.

Sugared Glaze:

  1. Beat together all of the ingredients and spoon over the muffins.

  2. Serve and enjoy.
