  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup of sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.

  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

  3. Add the sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix well.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.

  6. Spoon the batter into the greased mini muffin tin, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.

  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
