How To Make Raspberry Stuffed Brownies
Bake some sweet raspberry stuffed brownies for your loved one on Valentine’s Day! Whip up a tasteful batch of these brownies with just a few ingredients.
Prepare the brownies according to box directions. Set aside, then allow to cool.
Remove the brownies from the pan, then cut as many heart shapes as possible with a cookie cutter.
Puree the raspberries in the food processor or blender.
In a medium bowl, cream the butter and raspberry puree.
Add in the powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, mixing until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the filling to a piping bag.
Pipe the filling around the edge of one of the brownie heart, then fill in the middle.
Top with another brownie heart, gently pressing down to make a sandwich.
Using a sifter, dust the tops with powdered sugar.
Serve, and enjoy!
