- 3large eggs,(or as called for by cake mix)
- 14ozsweetened condensed milk,(1 can)
- 12ozchocolate fudge topping,(1 jar)
- 16ozCool Whip,thawed, (1 pkg)
- 2Heath candy bars,crushed

Bake cake in a 13×9 pan according to directions on box.

Let cool 25 to 30 minutes in pan.
