White Chocolate Butterfinger Fudge Recipe

How To Make White Chocolate Butterfinger Fudge

White chocolate chips and marshmallow fluff are the base of this butterfinger fudge, which is also filled with Butterfinger candy and heavy cream.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 5 minutes
Chill Time: 3 hours
Total: 3 hours 15 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1pkgButterfingers,(fun-size)
  • 1cupsugar
  • ½cupheavy cream
  • ½tspsalt
  • ½cupbutter
  • cupswhite chocolate chips
  • 1tubmarshmallow fluff

Instructions

  1. Peel off all the Butterfingers and chopping them up – set aside.

  2. Put parchment paper on the 9×9-inch pan. This keeps the fudge from sticking to the pan.

  3. Put the white chocolate chips and marshmallow fluff in a big bowl. Set aside.

  4. In a pan melt the sugar, heavy cream, salt and butter on medium heat until it starts to boil. Cook for 5 minutes.

  5. Pour the hot stuff into the bowl of chocolate chips and mix with the blender until it’s smooth and soft.

  6. Mix (fold) in half the Butterfingers. Pour into a pan.

  7. Sprinkle the rest of the Butterfingers on the top. Put in the fridge for 3 to 5 hours to let it set.
