How To Make Pizookie (BJ’s Copycat)
If you love cookies then you’ll love this pizookie recipe. You can make this giant, pizza-sized treat in just half an hour, too.

Ingredients
- ½cupbutter
- ½cupsugar
- ½cupbrown sugar
- 1tspvanilla
- 1egg
- 1½cupflour
- ½tspbaking soda
- ¼tspsalt
- ½cupchocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place small skillet or 8-inch round pan over low heat and melt butter.

Add sugar, brown sugar, beaten egg and vanilla. Mix well.

Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until well blended.

Add in chocolate chips and stir to evenly distribute.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to cool 10 minutes.

Cut into slices and top with vanilla ice cream.
