Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 100g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • 50g raisins
  • 50g chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter, chocolate, and golden syrup in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.

  2. Remove from heat and fold in the crushed biscuits, raisins, and chopped almonds.

  3. Press the mixture into a lined square baking dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.

  4. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
