  • 1/2 cup creamy nut butter (such as almond or peanut butter)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the nut butter, powdered sugar, and melted butter until well mixed.

  2. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

  3. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler.

  4. Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each cupcake liner, just enough to cover the bottom.

  5. Place a spoonful of the nut butter mixture on top of the chocolate in each cup.

  6. Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the nut butter, covering it completely.

  7. Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate has hardened.

  8. Once the chocolate is firm, remove the cups from the muffin tin and enjoy!
