
How To Make Chocolate Fondants

Ingredients
- 4 oz dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Butter and cocoa powder for greasing
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease the ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, eggs, and egg yolks until light and fluffy.

Gradually pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, whisking constantly.

Sift the flour into the chocolate mixture and fold until well combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.

Bake for 12 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.

Gently run a knife around the edges of the ramekins and invert them onto serving plates. Serve immediately.
