How To Make Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Blondies
Featuring a classic dessert combination, these peanut butter blondies are delectable treats studded with rich chocolate chips and peanuts.

Ingredients
- ¾cupcreamy peanut butter
- ⅓cupvegetable oil
- 1cupbrown sugar
- ¼cupmilk
- 2tspvanilla
- 1cupall purpose flour
- ½tspsalt
- ½tspbaking powder
- ¼cuppeanuts
- ½cupchocolate chips,divided in half, (¼ cup set aside to drizzle on top)
Instructions

Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 8×8-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, oil and brown sugar until combined. Stir in milk and vanilla.

Mix in the flour, salt, and baking powder. The batter will be very thick.

Spread into the baking dish. Sprinkle the peanuts and chocolate chips on the top pressing them into the batter lightly.

Bake them for 22 to 25 minutes. The edges need to be lightly brown and the top will look soft.

Let them cool and cut them into square or hearts.

Melt the remaining chocolate chips and drizzle the melted chocolate on top!
