How To Make Stuffed and Grilled Jalapeno Peppers

You do not need to be a professional cook to try this delicious recipe.

  • 20 jalapeno peppers (5 per person)
  • cheddar cheese (Colby Jack cheese or cheese of your choice)
  • bacon
  • water (for soaking)
  1. Soak peppers in water for 1 hour prior to preparation.

  2. Cut lengthwise, seed pepper, leaving 7 to 10 seeds for medium-hot.

  3. Cut cheeses length of pepper, place between sides of pepper, wrap with one slice of bacon, secure with toothpicks.

  4. Grill on medium heat for 20 minutes.
